  1. I-View No-Charge Trial License Agreement

  4. TALENT COMMUNICATIONS, INC.

  6. CAUTION: Loading this software onto a computer indicates your acceptance 
  7. of the following terms. Please read them carefully.  
  8.  
  9. TRIAL LICENSE: Talent Communications, Inc. ("Talent") grants you a 
  10. no-charge trial license to use I-View ("Software") solely for evaluation 
  11. purposes. You may not use the Software for any development, commercial, 
  12. or production purpose. You may give trial copies of the Software to 
  13. others to permit them to use the Software under the same restrictions 
  14. as are in this Agreement, provided that you do not charge a fee for 
  15. doing so. You must purchase a full-use license if you wish to do any 
  16. of the following: (a) use the Software after the end of trial period, 
  17. or (b) use the Software for any development, commercial, or production 
  18. purpose, or (c) distribute the Software for any such use.  
  19.  
  20. COPYRIGHT: The Software is the proprietary product of Talent and is 
  21. protected by copyright law. You acquire only the right to use the Software 
  22. and do not acquire any rights of ownership. You agree not to remove any 
  23. product identification, copyright notices, or other notices or proprietary 
  24. restrictions from the Software.  You agree not to cause or permit the 
  25. reverse engineering, disassembly, or decompilation of the Software. You 
  26. shall not disclose the results of any benchmark tests of the Software to 
  27. any third party without Talent's prior written approval.

  29. WARRANTY DISCLAIMER: Talent is providing this license on an "as is" basis 
  30. without warranty of any kind; Talent disclaims all express and implied 
  31. warranties, including the implied warranties of merchantability or fitness 
  32. for a particular purpose.

  34. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: TALENT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES, 
  35. INCLUDING DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, 
  36. OR DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA OR DATA USE, INCURRED BY YOU 
  37. OR ANY THIRD PARTY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION IN CONTRACT OR TORT, EVEN IF YOU OR 
  38. ANY OTHER PERSON HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
